Financing Your Care

We make every effort to provide high quality care and convenient payment options for you. Below you will find a list of insurance and payment plans that we accept.

We are an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Delta Dental, and MetLife. We accept most other insurances.

Payment options:

  • Cash Discount: Pay upfront with cash and receive a discount.
  • Debit or Credit Card: Always accepted.

Other options:

  • Apply online or in our office.  Click on the Care Credit icon above for more information or to apply online.

Please note: deductible and co-payment are due at the time of service.

As a courtesy, we will:

  • Verify your insurance prior to your appointment however; obtaining information from your insurance is not a guarantee of payment.
  • Work with your insurance to maximize your reimbursements for services rendered to you.
  • Do our best to give you an estimated out-of-pocket expense but we do not always know the exact amount your insurance will reimburse until your claim has been processed.

Patient Billing

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a billing statement once your claim has been processed by your insurance. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks.  Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.
